B/O tk I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking to correct the typographical mistakes crept in the order dt.05.07.2022 in Crl.P.No.4428 of 2022.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the police station is wrongly typed as Nandigam instead of Kothur and also requests to mention the Crime number in the order. He also submits that due to bifurcation of Districts, Crime No.29 of 2022 of P.S Kothur, pending on the file of I Addl.District and Sessions Judge, is now transferred to Ranga Reddy District on jurisdiction point.

Hence, prayed to make necessary corrections in the order.

In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to make necessary corrections as follows and issue corrected copy of the order.

1. Substitute the first paragraph of the order with the following para;

"1. The petitioners, who are A1, A2, A4 and A8 were arrested by the Sub-Inspector of Kothur Police Station on 17.01.2022 while the petitioners along with 8 others, were

OFFICE NOTE transporting 214 Kgs. of Ganja in 107 packets in Crime No.29 of 2022. The police seized one Honda car and 55 packets of Ganja each weighing 2 Kgs. from the 1st petitioner/A1 and one Maruthi car and 40 packets of Ganja each weighing 2 Kgs.

from A2. It is further the case that one packet of ganja was drawn as sample out of the seized contraband from 3 vehicles of which, two vehicles were seized from the possession of these petitioners."

ii) Further, add the words "or the Court concerned" at the ending of para 10 (i) of page 8 of the order.
