This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the orders dated 22.02.2012 in I.A.No.48 of 2012 in I.A.No.1590 of 2010 in O.S.No.815 of 2008 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar. As per office note, O.S.No.815 of 2008 itself was disposed of on 20.11.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
