This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.175 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kanigiri, Prakasam District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law including filing of discharge petition as well as dispensed with petition before the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.
