K. Vishal, S/O. K. Narayana v. The State Of Telanganna,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28985 of 2014 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "....to issue Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.3 for not conducting proper investigation in FIR No.149 of 2014, while directing the Respondent No.3 to conduct proper investigation with regard the FIR No.149 of 2014 for missing case of my wife, as early as possible and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the circumstances in the interest of the justice."
3.
During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.149 of 2014, investigation was completed and final report was filed on 14.12.2014 referring the case as 'action dropped', since on 13.11.2014 the missing woman was traced.
4.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
