THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19387 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Petitioner's mother, who was employed as Work Inspector Grade-IV in the Irrigation Department, died on 23.12.2014. Petitioner made a representation on 04.02.2015 to respondents 1, 2 and 4 seeking employment on compassionate grounds. Petitioner's grievance is that respondents 1, 2 and 4 have not passed any orders thereon till date.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that respondents 1, 2 and 4 will consider the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dt.04.02.2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
