This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.937 of 2017 of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent, no way connected with the said crime and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
Since the allegations levelled against the petitioner relates to fake transit pass for wrongful gain, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below concerned within ten days from the date of this order and move an application for regular bail within ten days from the date of this order, after giving prior notice to
the Public Prosecutor concerned, the same may be considered in accordance with law.
