Petitioner retired from service on 31.7.2013 on attaining the age of superannuation. Grievance of the petitioner is against non-payment of retirement benefits even after more than three years of his retirement. Claiming to grant retirement benefits, petitioner submitted representation dated 28.1.2017. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since petitioner raised his grievance and so far no reply is furnished, Writ Petition is disposed of directing consideration of grievance of petitioner and to pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
