HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.4899 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash C.C.No.139 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet.

Though at the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.8 reiterated the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition, he restricts his prayer to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the said C.C. expeditiously. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal petition is disposed of directing the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramannapet, to commence and conclude the trial in C.C.No.139 of 2018 as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
