HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.32040 OF 2014 ORDER: (ORAL) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioners have challenged order dated 12.08.2014 passed in O.A.No.4854 of 2014 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal whereby the application filed by the respondents has been allowed.

2. The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.39360 of 2018 dated 09.07.2018.

3. Following the same, the present Writ Petition is also dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
