HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.22233 of 2006 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare order, dated 22.08.2006, in S.R. No.47 of 2005 of the 1st respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare that against the order impugned, an appeal will lie under the provisions of the A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulations Act, and the petitioner can avail the said remedy.
In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to approach the authorities concerned, by preferring an appeal against the order, dated 22.08.2006, in S.R. No.47 of 2005 passed by the 1st respondent. Till disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
