This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 14-12-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.2393 of 2015 that, the petitioner shall not visit the Districts of Bellary, Ananthapur and Cuddapa and permit the petitioner to stay in Bellary Town.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of by modifying the order, dated 14-122015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2393 of 2015 in C.C.No.1 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, as follows:

The petitioner is permitted to enter into the District of Bellary, but the petitioner shall inform the respondent herein the period on which he visits Bellary and whenever he visits and stays in Bellary, he has to sign in the I Town Police Station, Bellary on the date by 10.00 AM.
