The grievance of petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition is that Interlocutory Application No.1259 of 2018 in Interlocutory Application No.673 of 2018 in Interlocutory Application No.275 of 2018 in Original Suit No.149 of 2018 on the file of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar is not being disposed of even though it was filed on 24.09.2018. 2.

In view of the said submission, the said Court is directed to decide the above Interlocutory Application No.1259 of 2018 within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order after hearing both sides.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
