HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No. 21095 of 2013 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

a) to declare the action of the police / respondent in not taking action on respondent Nos.6 to 10 in spite of complaints; b) Threatening the petitioner and harassing the family members of the petitioner to compromise with respondent No.6 and; c) Interfering in civil disputes and pressurizing for settlement, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

No representation for the petitioner.

Respondent Nos.2 and 6 to 10 filed counter affidavits specifically denying each one of the allegations in the writ affidavit.

This Court keeps in view the writ prayer, the allegations made in the affidavit and counter affidavits and is of the considered view that the averments need not be referred to in great detail, however it is suffice to note that the stand taken in the counter affidavits is placed on record and accepted. The counter affidavits were served on the learned counsel for the petitioner long ago and reply affidavit thereto is not filed. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
