This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.02.2017 passed in I.A.No.1179 of 2014 in O.S.No.199 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file an appropriate application before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
