- 2 - ORDER :

According to learned counsel for petitioners, though refixation order was issued and recovery was made earlier, which is impugned in the writ petition, the employer is now taking steps to pay all statutory dues and the petitioners are confident of getting the benefits as per their entitlement. Therefore, they filed I.A.No.1 of 2020 seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as and when said the amounts due and payable to them and denied.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2020 is ordered and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for by petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
