THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.17374 of 2019 ORDER:- The petitioner asserts that she purchased the land in Sy.No.736/5, admeasuring Ac.3.15 gts., situated at Uyalavada, H/o.Kunchamarthi village, Jaggireddygudem revenue village and mandal, through a registered sale deed, dated 21.04.2015. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though she made an Application in Form 6-A on 11.07.2019 requesting to issue digital Patta Pass Book in her favour, the same has not been processed by the respondent-authorities till date.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue points out that the Application is alleged to have been made invoking Section 4 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, as adopted by the State of Telangana. The learned Government Pleader would further point out that the Application is required to be made online and if any such Application is made in the prescribed form through mee-seva, the same would be considered and processed in accordance with law. Having heard the respective submissions, admittedly, as on date, the petitioner has not made any Application online for issuance of digital Patta Pass Book. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit an Application for issuance of digital Patta Pass Book online in the prescribed form. As and when such an Application is made, the

respondent-authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four months thereafter duly conducting enquiry as required under the relevant Rules.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
