The petitioners, who are A1 to A3 in Cr.No.127 of 2015 of Martur Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 509 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record.

3. Since the offences alleged against the petitioners are bailable in nature, this criminal petition for grant of anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
