Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner alleges that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acres 0.531⁄2 cents in Survey No.540/1 situated in Chiyyapadu Village, Chapadu Mandal, Kadapa District, having received the same from her husband, who died on 14.06.2006, as part of his share in the ancestral property. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though she made applications on 18.04.2017 and 12.02.2018 to the 4th respondent for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds, so far the respondent authorities have not acted on the same. Hence, this writ petition is filed.

Photo copies of the applications are enclosed from page Nos.10 to 13 of the writ petition paper book. However, the respondent authorities are not accepting applications in physical form and insist for submission of such applications through online web portal. Apparently, so far no such application is made by the petitioner. Thus, it cannot be said

that the respondent authorities are negligent in not acting on the application made by her.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal of the State Government and as and when such application is received, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by assigning due reasons in support of his decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petition pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as consequence.
