THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.17308 of 2019 ORDER:
Aggrieved by inaction of respondents 2 to 4 on the complaint filed by the petitioner on 24.05.2019 with regard to illegal construction made by the 5th respondent and his father in the premises bearing H.No.8-3-169/ 12 and 122 situated at Yousufguda, Khairtabad Mandal, Hyderabad District, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 5th respondent has encroached part of the petitioner's property and made construction of ground + three floors by covering the same with plastic cover. As the 5th respondent has made construction in violation of the sanctioned plan by encroaching a part of the petitioner's property, the petitioner has filed a complaint on 24.05.2019 before respondents 2 and 3, but, so far, no action has been taken.
Sri L.Venkateshwar Rao, the learned Standing counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 4 submits that respondents 2 to 4 would look into the complaint made by the petitioner on 24.05.2019 and take necessary action by following the due process of law, if not already taken.
In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to look into the complaint made by the petitioner on 24.05.2019 and take necessary action, if not already taken, in
accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
