THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.544 of 2006 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 30.08.2019 and 06.09.2019 there was no representation and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of the matter listed under the caption 'for dismissal, there is no representation on the above said two dates. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
