THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CONTEMPT CASE No.1119 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 22.04.2019, passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.4005 of 2019.

Heard Sri Challa Siva Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Perused the material record. 3.

The affidavit filed in support of the contempt case is silent with regard to the service of the orders and the service of the representations said to have been submitted by the petitioners to the respondents and no proof is filed in this regard to show whether the service is properly effected and the acknowledgements do contain the representations and the orders pertaining to the facts of the case. Hence, the contempt case fails and it is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to take appropriate steps available under law. No costs.
