HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.14844 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for Irrigation informs the Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has paid the security deposit and has also accomplished the contract. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the said submission.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
