THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 23714 OF 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not processing the applications for credit facilities to be sanctioned by the banks on releasing of subsidy to an extent of 60% to each of the applicants as being illegal.
2. Heard Sri M.R.K.Chowdary, learned Senior counsel, appearing for the counsel on record Sri P.V.Ramesh and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare.
3. A perusal of the material available before this court reveals that the petitioners herein submitted a representation dated 20.04.2015 to the District Collector-2nd respondent herein, for redressal of their grievance and is pending now.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, this court deems it appropriate to direct the District Collector, to take appropriate action on the said representations dated 20.04.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein.
5. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the District Collector, Khammam District- 2nd respondent herein, to take appropriate action on the representations dated 20.04.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein for redressal of the grievance, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
6. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J
