It is stated that a memo was filed before the competent criminal Court to rectify the mistake as regards the provisions of law under which the crime was registered.

In the light of the said development, the order passed by this Court, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, is sufficiently complied with and no cause is made to exercise contempt jurisdiction.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
