THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI SPECIAL APPEAL Nos.66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73 and 74 of 2003. COMMON JUDGMENT:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) When the matters had come up on 12.02.2015, none appeared for the appellants and there was no representation on their behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matters have come up for hearing, none appears for the appellants and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the appellants are not evincing any interest in prosecuting their cases.

Accordingly, the Special Appeals are dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these appeals shall stand closed.
