The request for appointment of Advocate Commissioner was rejected for valid reasons. Though Mr.Ghulam Hussain tried to convince that the appointment of Advocate Commissioner helps the Court in deciding the issue, I am of the view that the revision petitioners ought to first pursue all the remedies and modes available in proving their case. This Court is of the view that the appointment of Advocate Commissioner is not warranted in the fact situation of the matter and C.R.P. fails and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
