HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15001 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to take action on the representation dated 05.03.2018 and act in accordance with Section 29 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987. 2.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation dated 05.03.2018 made by the petitioner, may be directed to be dealt with in accordance with law and pass orders.

The Government Pleader for Endowments would submit that if the representation is still pending consideration, the authorities shall deal with the same.

Having regard to the above statements, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to deal with the representation, dated 05.03.2018 made by the petitioner seeking to displace Smt. Rajini Kumari as FAC-EO of Sri Raja Rajeswara Swamy Temple, Nuzellapalli Village of Prakasam District, if the cause is still persist, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
