The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not registering case pursuant to the complaint, dated 25.07.2016, lodged by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, crime No.196 of 2017 is registered by the police concerned. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
