HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7967 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A6 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.98 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 I.P.C and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor (Telangana) for the State before notice to respondent No.2 and before admission. It is the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that after completion of investigation, the police filed charge sheet. A perusal of the record shows that already notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to the accused on 02.06.2015 and the accused also submitted their explanations on 25.06.2015 for the same.

Having regard to the above, this application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report proceedings, in the event of cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate with Part-II Case Diary material. In the meantime, the police shall not arrest the accused for a period of one month. Needless to say whether charge sheet numbered or not, if not to return, the learned Magistrate shall grant certified copies of the charge sheet as well as Part-II Case Diary on the copy application filed by the accused within fifteen days from the date of filing of said copy application.

With the above directions, this Criminal Petition is

disposed of.
