This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 21.03.2012 in I.A.No.1360 of 2011 in G.W.O.P.No.174 of 2010 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, at Madanapalli, Chittoor District. As per the office note, the G.W.O.P.No.174 of 2010 itself was disposed of on 07.01.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
