Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned standing counsel for the University, states that all the petitioners were allotted seats in open category during the III Phase of counselling. 3.

Sri Ravi Shankar Jandhyala, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that in the light of the aforestated development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
