THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P. No. 15036 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions submitted that one, Sri A.C.Bhupathi Raju, S/ o. A.C.Nagaraj, who secured highest marks in the written test, was selected and appointed as Fair Price shop dealer of Shop No.31 in Veeraballi Mandal.

On hearing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to permit him to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to question the appointment order of Sri A.C.Bhupathi Raju in the appropriate forum.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage, with a liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, stand closed.
