This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 4 in Crime No.51 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Karimnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, with one voice, submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
