Since the grievance is against change of entries in adangal, the petitioners seek liberty to file appeal or petition before the Revision Divisional Officer. The petitioners, if file appeal/ petition, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to dispose of the appeal/ petition within four weeks from the date of receipt of appeal/ petition.

By granting the liberty as prayed, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
