Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that after the Writ petition was filed, the Government has issued a show cause notice to the petitioner (Vice Chancellor of the University) and since these proceedings are required to be questioned, the petitioner be granted liberty to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a Writ Petition afresh.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
