ORDER:

Feeling aggrieved by non-appointment of any one of the petitioners as the fair price shop dealer in place of the deceased dealer by way of compassionate appointment in respect of shop No.118 of Chanchalguda, Hyderabad, this writ petition is filed.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS), on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the process of filling up of the vacancy in respect of the fair price shop in question is completed and a dealer has accordingly been appointed on permanent basis.

In the light of the above subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.30580 of 2011 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 07th October, 2015 GHN
