THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1097 OF 2011 ORDER:

This revision case is preferred by the petitioner against the orders dated 02.05.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.222 of 2011 in C.C.No.49 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
