HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.16021 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not permitting the petitioner to join his duties in the post of Accounts Clerk in the office of Jan Shikshana Sansthan, Ongole, as illegal and arbitrary.

On 27.08.2002, while admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.20100 of 2002, directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in the post of Accounts Clerk in the office of Jan Shikshana Sansthan, Ongole. In view of the interim order dated 27.08.2002, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.20100 of 2002, no further orders are required to be passed.
