THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12082 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the complainant seeking a direction to the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy to dispose of the protest petition filed by him and also the connected applications filed along with the petition. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed the protest petition in the year 2012 and so far, no orders have been passed.

In the circumstances, the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy is directed to pass orders on the protest petition filed by the petitioner herein and also the other applications filed along with the protest petition, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
