HONOURABLE MISS. J. UMA DEVI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL NO. 570 OF 2007 J U D G M E N T : [ Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C. Praveen Kumar ] On 01/02/2018 when the matter was called there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and the matter was directed to be listed after one week. Again on 08/02/2018 when the matter was called there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and the matter was directed to be listed after two weeks under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in the forenoon or in the afternoon. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

2. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
