with "XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, at Kukatpally".

Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered and the order dated 21.11.2023 is modified correcting the typographical mistakes replacing "C.C.No.714 of 2015" with "C.C.No.714 of 2017" and "XI Additional Magistrate Court"

with "XIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, at Kukatpally".

Registry is directed to issue the modified copy of the order to the above effect.
