This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in seizing the entire available dals total worth of Rs.56,81,600-00 in petitioner's shop M/s. Anitha Trading Company, as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
