This is a Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/defendant assailing the order, dated 16.10.2014, of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, passed in I.A.No.678 of 2013 in O.S.No.172 of 2011. 2.

There is no representation for the petitioners/defendant. The note of the Registry reveals that the trial court dismissed the suit with costs on 18.02.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
