This Court by order dated 20.7.2015 disposed of W.P.No. 21944 of 2015 directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by petitioner on 26.6.2015 and 27.6.2015 and to pass orders thereon. Learned standing counsel produced proceedings dated 21.09.2015 of

the Deputy Commissioner, Circle IX, GHMC, Hyderabad informing the petitioner that the owner of the property instituted civil litigation and obtained injunction order, therefore no further action could be taken. Since petitioner was already furnished reply in accordance with the directions issued by this Court, Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
