When the matter was called on 22.02.2018 for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners either in the morning or in the afternoon, as such the matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioners either in the morning or in the afternoon. From this, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
