THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9223 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who is respondent to the M.C.No.248 of 2012, filed by his wife - 2nd respondent herein and also respondent to the execution petition for recovery of amount in Crl.M.P.No.361 of 2017. 2.

From perusal of the record, it appears the lower court rightly issued the warrant for the recovery of the amount due and payable.

Having regard to the above, as he is saying he can secure amount and pay, order is suspended to the extent of arrest warrant for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so that in the meantime, he can clear the arrears for nothing more to entertain. 4.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
