THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2354 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner precisely in this writ petition is that though the petitioner submitted an application in Form-VI(A) on 31.12.2014 for issue of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.0-11 gts, Ac.1-20 gts, Ac.0-18 gts and Ac.114 gts in Survey Nos.412, 416/A, 416/B and 308/A, in Bollikunta village, Sangem mandal, Warangal district, the 3rd respondent has not acted upon his application till date.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

3. This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows: "The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4t h respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner submitted in Form VI (A) on 31.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months, at any rate, before the end of April, 2015. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
