These two Criminal Petitions are filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 and 2 in S.C.No.2 of 2022 in Crime No.169 of 2021 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases - cum - I Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal registered for the offence under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b) of NDPS Act.

As the petitioners are Accused Nos.1 and 2 in S.C.No.2 of 2022, the criminal petitions are disposed off under common order. 3.
Heard Sri.V.Yadu Krishna Sainath, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1, Sri.Perla Naresh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.2 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State-respondent. Perused the record.

Both the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 in the criminal petitions intend to withdraw these petitions and seeking permission of this Court to move before the concerned Court as the petitioners did not move before the trial Court after charge sheet was filed and further brought to the notice of this Court that Accused No.3 was granted bail by this Court in Crl.Petition No.4354 of 2022.

In the said circumstances, Special Sessions Judge for NDPS Cases - cum - I Additional Sessions Judge, is directed to entertain the application filed by the petitioners in the background of charge sheet being filed and also bail being granted in favour of Accused No.3, within three working days from the date of filing the application.
