None appeared for both sides, inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 29.08.2019 and 05.09.2019, as there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. But still there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
