This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to transfer O.S.No.16 of 2018 on the file of the Court Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District, to the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
